Why we built it
Capital expenses live in spreadsheets while the real money moves through texts, invoices, and change orders — and the first honest look at where a project stands often happens at owner review, when it's too late to do anything about it. TurnCap puts the budget, the commitments, and the actual spend in one place, routes over-threshold spend through approval before it's spent, and keeps a logged audit trail of every money flow.
