Privacy policy
The short version: we collect an email address when you ask us for something, we use it to send you that thing, and we don't sell your data. Ever.
What we collect
TurnCap collects one thing from site visitors: your email address. You give it to us when you request one of our CapEx templates, ask for access to the guided demo, or sign up to receive the digest newsletter. We don't ask for — and don't want — anything else from marketing-site visitors.
If you later create a TurnCap account, we collect the additional information needed to operate the product (account details and the property/project data you choose to store). That data is covered by the same principles below.
Why we collect it
Solely to send you the material you requested: the template you asked for, demo access, or the digest you subscribed to. We may also send occasional product updates. Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing stops the mail.
How we store it
Your email address is stored securely with our email service provider and isnever sold, rented, or shared with advertisers, data brokers, or anyone else. We don't run third-party ad trackers on this site.
Deleting your data
You can unsubscribe from any email in one click. To have your data fully deleted from our systems, email us and we'll remove it — no hoops, no retention games.
