The short version: TurnCap is provided as-is while we're in early access. We'll keep these terms plain-language and update them if things change.
The service
TurnCap is a software service for planning and tracking capital expenditures on rental properties, provided over the web at turncap.io and app.turncap.io. It is offered "as-is" — we're an early-stage product and features may change, improve, or occasionally misbehave while we grow.
No warranty
The service is provided as-is, with no warranty of any kind, express or implied — including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability. You are responsible for verifying that the numbers you record in TurnCap match your books and your obligations. TurnCap is a tool, not an accountant, and not legal or financial advice.
Accounts and acceptable use
- Keep your account credentials private; you're responsible for activity under your account.
- Don't misuse the service: no probing, scraping, or attempting to break it, and don't upload content you don't have the rights to.
- Your data is yours. You can export or request deletion of it at any time (see our privacy policy).
- We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or other users.
Changes to these terms
These terms — and the service itself — are subject to change as TurnCap develops. If we make a material change to the terms, we'll update this page (and, for account holders, send a notice by email) before the change takes effect. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
